They were dressed appropriately, on time, and called prior to arrival. They worked quickly and Tyler went over their pricing program sheet and took payment. "Subpar Troubleshooting Attempts with Disappointing Results Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing my A/C system troubleshooting, and unfortunately, Indoor Air Experts failed to meet my expectations on multiple occasions. Despite the commendable work ethic and customer service skills demonstrated by their field technician, the subsequent outcomes of their efforts have left me with no intention of ever returning to this company for any future air conditioning needs. Let me start by acknowledging the field technician's work ethic and customer service skills. The technician assigned to my case undoubtedly exhibited professionalism and a friendly demeanor throughout the troubleshooting process. He showed up promptly for each appointment, was courteous and attentive to my concerns, and patiently explained the steps he would take to diagnose and fix the problem. However, despite the field technician's commendable work ethic, Indoor Air Experts as a company failed to deliver the desired results. The technician's troubleshooting attempts left much to be desired, as my A/C system continued to malfunction after two visits from the technician. It became evident that the company's lack of expertise or knowledge in addressing my specific air conditioning issues greatly hindered their ability to rectify the problem effectively. Not only did the troubleshooting attempts prove unsuccessful, but the lack of progress led to a growing frustration with Indoor Air Experts. Each visit by the technician yielded no tangible improvement in the functioning of my A/C system, causing undue stress and inconvenience. It's disheartening to invest time and money in a service that falls drastically short of resolving the essential cooling needs of a household. Considering the repeated failures to identify the root cause (until I drove to their office and sat down with them and adamantly requested they think of the "basics" of troubleshooting" and I mentioned "isn't there a control valve that you may need to look at" recommendation effectively had them return for a 3rd time to troubleshoot my A/C system, it is clear that Indoor Air Experts lacks the necessary proficiency to handle challenging air conditioning issues. While the field technician's work ethic and customer service skills were noteworthy, they do not make up for the overall unsatisfactory performance of the company. Based on my experience, Indoor Air Experts fails to deliver reliable and effective solutions for troubleshooting A/C systems. I am left deeply disappointed and without any desire to engage with this company for any future air conditioning needs. It is regrettable, to say the least, that a service that should bring comfort and relief instead resulted in frustration and dissatisfaction."

"The quality of the work is fine; however the company needs to improve their communication and scheduling. I wasted almost four days waiting for the company to arrive. The first day I was assured multiple times they would arrive (via phone calls I made to the front office) and they never did. At no point did the company reach out to me to inform me they wouldn't make it. The second day/time we set, again I was assured multiple times throughout the day that the techs would arrive that day but they never showed up and I received no contact about them not being able to arrive. The third day, they finally arrived 4 hours after the scheduled time for that day and were unable to complete the defined scope of work that day due to a lack of materials. The second day of work, again they showed up 3-4 hours late due to an 'emergency job' elsewhere. I received no call and was left waiting for them to arrive. Emergent issues are understandable, but not contacting customers after informing them of appointment dates/times is not acceptable. Use them if you are ok understanding you may have to wait a few days for them to arrive and you will have to constantly call to confirm/push appointment schedules."
