"The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Whirlpool scheduled my service with them and they agreed to it. The appointment time came and they didn’t show up. I called whirlpool and they denied service the same day they was supposed to show up. Said they didn’t service my area when they agreed originally to come service my dryer. I even called and they didn’t answer. I’ll never even consider them to come service my appliances again."

"Not even sure how this company is still in business other than there are just fed warranty repair claims from the manufacturers. I had an appt scheduled for a range warranty repair. They never showed and have never answered the phone or returned messages. Tried to get the manufacture to contact them and they still wouldn't answer. I would avoid doing business with this company if you have the choice."

"I have suite of Jenn Air products and am having issues with 2 out of the 6. I called Jenn-Air to request service. Received an email confirmation from Jenn Air and waited 2 weeks for service date. I worked from home all day waiting. My technician was supposed to arrive between 8am - Noon. No one showed up. NO ONE EVEN THOUGHT ENOUGH TO CALL. No one from their office ever bothered to say “so sorry this happened. Please let me help you figure this out. Nothing. I wouldn’t have a job if I handled situations this way. SHAME ON YOU."

"This is what I heard about the way these guys work. They are extremely busy and even short handed (never pick up their phone), but they come out and give quick diagnosis to secure the job. They then tend to all the previous work orders that are probably also very delayed and give you some line like part is back ordered. In my case, they never provided the part number to me or the manufacturer. Without a part number, I cannot call the manufacturer and verify if the part is indeed not available. So I get stuck until they decide it is best for them to finish the job. They never answer their phone and they even neglected to respond to the manufacturer when they left a message for them. This company seems to be very unethical in their practices, but they are not the only ones that are doing this kind of stuff unfortunately. In the end, we as the end user have to suffer. Better to deal with a more reputable company that may not have to order parts because they already have them with them, like an Electrolux technician."
