"2 weeks ago I called Sears Home Service to have the seal replaced on my refrigerator door. I gave the model & serial numbers & requested that the repairman bring the part so a 2nd trip would not be required. I was told to also put that information on the appt site which I did. I also paid the $99 fee required. Today the repairman showed up with no gasket for the door and gave us an estimate for over $400 to replace the part, which by the way doesn’t require tools. In the time I waited for this appt I was called and emailed repeatedly by Sears reps trying to upsell me on service contracts and cleaning service on other appliances. I am done Sears."

He called Conns and I’ve got a new refrigerator on the way probably after Thanksgiving."
