"When you approach the front desk at a business you expect that the front desk person will at least acknowledge you, say hello I'll be with you in a moment, one of those things. I had to actually ask the lady if she was having a good day because she didn't even acknowledge me she just grabbed my return off the counter after I waited there in silence while she put a few mailing labels on packaging before attending to me. This was 10 am so they just opened. The girl that was working last night was incredibly nice, bubbly and polite. 5/9/23"

"The young lady that assisted my daughter provided exceptional customer service. My daughter let her know what she was looking for on Saturday, July 4, and she put some incredible outfits together for her. She was very attentive. The young lady had a bun on the top of her head. I wish I knew her name. We will definitely shop at this store again because of her."

"Their clothes are crazy expensive and before you know it you'll get 6 pieces and your bill is 600 dollars. They make up for the price with excellent customer service. You're always greeted with a friendly smile and someone is always waiting to help you. A cool feature in this store is that when u try own clothes they put an item or items that they recommend or think you'll love in the dressing room and it'll be waiting for you in the dressing room with your name on it. The store has lots of cute things though from shoes to denim to cosmetics to lingerie. If you have no spending threshold you might want to pass up this store or else you'll end up with a negative balance."
