Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"The staff at this location is not knowledgeable about the Popeyes app. We paid for a pick up order on the app and then were told that our order disappeared soon after we arrived. Therefore, we had to pay again in order to collect our food. They were not polite or accommodating at all. When we did get our food (which involved one combo), the staff did not provide a cup for the fountain drink. When we inquired about the cup- we received the kid’s sized cup. Absolutely embarrassed to live in a close proximity to this location and I won’t recommend anyone there."

"The food takes a long time. We ordered an 8 piece and it took 35 minutes. They also gave us 3 wings. We paid $25 for the meal and they gave us 3 wings. It's just not worth the money or the time. I'll not be getting food from here again."

"Such a pleasant experience, Jen was able to get me just drumsticks for the amount of kids sleeping over that only like drumsticks! All this was done with a smile and making me laugh. Thank you Jen and I will be back!"

"I've had issues in the past which included being served undercooked chicken, frequently having to wait and order being wrong. I should know better by now not to go here but it's close to my job and home so I roll the dice but I'm don't after today I placed and order and was park to never receive my order and when I asked about it, no one even knew my order existed. Had to waste 30 minutes of my day to just result in a refund."

"I am now boycotting this Popeyes location because of the service alone. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was told to wait a moment. About 3 minutes went by and the woman still didn’t tell me anything so I said “Hello? Can I order?” And she said “Oh yeah sorry you can go ahead with your order?” Then I placed my order and she kept on having me repeat things that I already said but I could tell she was distracted and could hear her talking to another person. When I pulled up to the pay window I gave the lady cash and my change was 25 cents and she closed the cash drawer before giving me my change, so I asked her if I could get my change and she said “I closed the drawer already I didn’t think you wanted the quarter.” She never even asked if I wanted my change or not, she just assumed, which is wrong! I then asked if I could get the quarter after she just stared at me and she told me to pull up and they will give me my quarter when I get my food. My food came out and my quarter was not there so I asked the person that brought my food out if I could get my quarter and then they gave one to me. The food had good flavor but wasn’t hot. This place is bad all around."
