"Slow service even when they are not busy. Slow to communicate with customer. I ordered ahead online just to arrive at the restaurant and THEN they informed me they didnt have an ingredient. So they didnt start my order until i got there and i had entirely too long"

"Terrible experience 2 twice in a row. First time I ordered an hour and a half went by before they called and told me my order cancelled. My payment went through and I did not get refunded. My order tonight went through, received an email that it was sent out for delivery (I only live 10-15 mins away), an hour went by with no answer. Called the store and sat on hold while they figured out what was going on, she told me it just went out for delivery when it’s been out for almost 2 hours. Finally get my order and it tastes like they warmed up a pizza that was sitting for days. Just order dominos…I should’ve known better."

"I tried to give this location another shot because they are the closest to my home but explain to me how you’re not prepared for what the customer wants. I ordered a hand tossed pizza and received thin crust the reason was because they were using fresh product this is ridiculous."
