"I was told not to sleep on la pizzeria, and boy, were they right. Great lighting. Great atmosphere. Food was fantastic. There's so many great choices. It was hard to pick just one entree. The prices were pretty unbeatable for how enjoyable the experience was. Sorry for what I said the last time I saw you, R. You're doing a damn fine job here."
"We always loved this place, but our last meal was disappointing. The chicken looked similar to canned chicken and the beef also. The bread was hard and not very salty. The hummus was pretty good. Not sure what happened to the quality of the food as the prices increased. The service was friendly."
"This place used to serve my favorite pizza in Lafayette. The crab amore pizza at one time consisted of shredded crab meat with a creamy sauce. The pizza I received had dry “lumps” of crab meat and lacked sauce. The restaurant was infested with fruit flys that we had to swat the entire time while eating. Needless to say we had a lackluster experience."
"We hadn’t been there in a while, but in the past everything was excellent. This time was different. The main thing was the extra small pizza size, maybe a 6” pizza, a child size at best, for $12. I think we were all shocked when it was brought to the table. I understand inflation and price increases, but if this is where they have taken their pizza experience I will never go back. Too many other choices in Lafayette area."
"My first time eating here. On a Sunday about noon. Got a little worried because upon entering the place was not bery busy. Service was prompt and attentive. Order spaghetti, eggplant parmasan, and a house salad with blue cheese. Spaghetti was perfect, eggplant was cooked exactly right. The salad was good and the blue cheese dressing was house made and although a little different than I expected, it was delicious.. now the bread, well it needs some work. Kind of hard like old bread. Would do better with breadsticks instead of garlic bread."
