"STORE GM DAVID who lied about his store number when asked didn’t want to refund me on a $45.00 order my pizza was cold and I didn’t like the way it smelled. When I called to complain he instantly cut me off and said my order was on the way. My order had already arrived and I was already disappointed and he wanted to answer my question with hearing me out. Stated that he was going to send the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza to process my refund and never did. Once I called corporate they gave me the correct information about the store. Worst customer service experience ever. Accused me of wanting free food, if I spent 45.00 on pizza and papadila. I only complained about the pizza, was informed they don’t do partial refunds. David became very argumentative with me and as the GM this is unacceptable. I called corporate to find out he didn’t submit the refund. I told him if I came up there we were going to have problems, he asked was I threatening him. I told him no that’s a fact if I come up there it’s going to be a problem because this is unacceptable. No one has come to get my order, but I spoke to corporate about it to get it escalated. It’s now almost 5pm I ordered this at 1:00 pm"
