"Meaning special (brunch addition) with an added egg for the win. This was perfect in every way. It is a filling and delicious. Fried boudin ball (family recipe), cheddar cheese, strawberry jam on a biscuit. The marriage of savory and sweet in my mouth was a wonderful celebration of the south!!! Got an extra boudin ball on the side for good measure and was happy with that choice. Landing here late on a Sunday will limit your options, but you will find something to satisfy because there’s no wrong choice."

"I ordered the brisket plate. I enjoyed the brisket. For sides, I tried the potato salad, Mac and cheese, and coleslaw. The Mac and cheese was very tasty. I also had a boudin. Although it was difficult to eat the skin, the flavor was amazing. Of course I had to try the beignets but I thought they were alright. They turn into a soft, mush texture when eaten and chewed very easily. I think I prefer a chewier texture. Their customer service was also nice as they remade an order that someone in my group had when a mixup happened."
