"Horrible worker on the mic. No sign saying I’ve cream machine not working. Sat in line forever just to be told that. Then could not get out the line for 15 more mins. The workers are sooo slow. They were sooo rude when I suggested they put a sign out so people didn’t waste their time in line if wanting ice cream, shakes , etc won’t be back."

"First, Let me start by saying., I don't think anyone really speaks English here. I've had an issue multiple times with lack of communication, and wrong food. I go this morning, and the girl asked me to repeat my order literally 5 times. It was a simple order, egg and cheese biscuit, hash brown, and a hot coffee. I asked Her can she hear me , and she said yes .. and started laughing. I get to the window to pay and there's 2 girls there, so I'm like who took my order, and what's so funny. They acted like they didn't understand English, then one finally said .. I no understand the menu , and what ppl are saying . I'm like u can't hear them? She says .. I can hear just not understand the English. I'm like .. why are u taking orders ?.. How is She even working there , with not speaking english.. I'm confused. Then had my while order messed up.. even the coffee. I was late for work. This place is ridiculous."

"The staff for some reason couldn't find my mobile order that they already finished making but I found it and pointed out that it was mine. The place was an absolute mess. Trash everywhere. No paper towels or a trash can in the bathroom. None of the tables were clean. Still had food and used napkins on the tables. The staff seem to barely speak English and weren't very friendly or attentive to the needs of customers"

"Ordered through Door Dash App, from this McDonald's. 4 Mocha Frappes, with extra chocolate drizzle on all of them. Got 4 "iced" coffees, no chocolate, not sweet at all! How the heck can not tell the difference between a Mocha Frappes and iced coffee, especially putting extra chocolate drizzle????"

"Drive through took 25 minutes total. Rudest employees I have ever encountered. The large drinks has been downsized. The Sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and hash browns where served cold and ice had already melted in tea by time I got to pick up window. This is one of the worst locations ever. It’s a 1 out of 5 McDonalds. Check your order and ask for napkins when going through the drive thru as you might only get one if that. They seemed mad I asked for napkins and they gave 5 napkins for 3 people."
