"Bland food. Extremely slow service. Chefs and cooks I'm back blaring music and playing instead of cooking. Food sat in window a few minutes. Serve times over 35 min. I understand it's the big easy and things are more relax but people still have stuff to do. Had to get up to get my own condiments. Had to get up to pay since I never got my waitress. Didn't receive any napkins. Overall bad experience."

"Amber our server/ bar tender was great and working the place! Great recommendations on food and drinks. Ordered fish and grits. Cooked perfectly, catfish was a bit salty but otherwise great flavor. Voodoo drink, bloody Mary and margaritas were a hit among our group. Playlist was fire! Such a good way to past 3 hours in the airport."

"Pretty good food for an airport, the Creole Shrimp was actually good. Also enjoyed the Creole burger. Drinks were fairly priced (again, for an airport). If you're in a hurry, would recommend letting them know. Service was at a slower pace, but we didn't mind since we had a few hours to kill before our flight"

"Okay so initially I was going to give this place 1 star because when I first attempted to eat here today. Well the initial time I was not greeted and no one acted like they wanted to serve me. I was finally seated and no one ever came to my table despite me seeing servers go to other tables. One lady finally said your server is over there and he will be right with you. However he walked by twice and never greeted me. I decided to leave. I walked around the airport and really could not find anything I wanted so I circled back around and took a seat at the bar. Well let me just say I am so glad I did. Joanne was amazing!!! She greeted me, made suggestions and checked on me regularly. Her personality was so amazing!! I got the Blackened Shrimp Remoulade with Fried Green Tomatoes and Jambalaya. It was so darn good! I was pleasantly surprised that airport food could be this good! Do yourself a favor the next time you are here and sit at the bar and enjoy a meal with Joanne. I can’t even take off a star for my earlier experience because Joanne made up for it!
