"Wonderful time & better food. Our group was over 24 people, 2 or even 3 servers would have been best...but our waitress was great and more than good enough to handle us all! And as best I could tell, she was 100% spot on! The 4* is not a knock on her she deserved 10*...but a Mgr or someone should have aided!! Calzone was a full-size pizza folded in half! The pizza with shrimp & blue crab did not skimp!"

"Very quaint place. The service was excellent. The John Gotti pizza was absolutely fantastic. One would expect the crust to be soggy from all the toppings, but it was crispy and held firm. The shrimp parmasan was delicious, loaded with fried shrimp, and the sauce was thick and creamy. Can't wait to visit Gendusa's Italian Eatery again the next time in Kenner, La."

"Food was great, staff was equally on par. We ordered the meatball as an appetizer. No disappointments there. She fancied herself with the seafood lasagna and wow, rich and delicious from start to finish. Myself, ordered the Chicken parmesan and again, absolutely delicious. They have a wide variety of desserts upon entry. Cake, gelato etc. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch."

"Be sure to have your shoes tied tight, cause this place is going to knock your socks off. Been here a few time and it is always phenomenal. Chicken parmigiana is fantastic. A buddy got stuffed pork chop and he said it is probably the best I have ever ate. Got a John Gotti calzone today and oh my, the portions is Outland the taste is awesome. If you aren’t eating here when close by you are missing out. Hidden Jen for sure. I live three and a half hours away and I’m coming here for a date night with the wife in the near future. Thank you Gendusa’s for another outstanding lunch while working in town, love this place. Oh and not to forget the wait staff is extremely attentive and friendly."

"We have eaten at Gendusa’s Italian Eatery on two occasions. Both times were very good experiences. The food is good, simple, old-school Italian. The portions are enormous and the service is very friendly and accommodating. The decor is also sort of Godfatheresque which is really fun. A good place to eat."
