"Had to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich, the lady said it will take 8 mins... The longest waiting ever for food... I wouldn't recommend u to come to this place for "fast" food"

"Don't know why you would possibly triple fry onion rings at 11:20 in the morning, but that must be what they have done to my poor nasty and greasy rings...burger sucked as well"

"A man just walked in with a lit cigarette and bring in his own cup filled it up with soda and walked back out and another thing is we came in my husband had to goto the restroom and the restroom was messed up. Couldn't go to the bathroom."

"The food was delicious as always, I looove whataburger, But only giving 3 stars to this location due to the drinks, I don't know if it's the water they mix the soda syrup with or the ice or what, but it smelled like mold or something bad and tasted disgusting, all 3 of us got different drinks(coke, dr pepper and fanta) and we all noticed the same, told one of the workers but she didn't put much interest or attention to what we were saying. Hopefully, it's just a one day bad experience."

"Everyone who ordered after us got their food before we did. It took 35 minutes to get 2 meals, the only change made to the order was no pickles. The Pic is the lettuce they put on my chicken sandwich. There were at least 5 employees standing around like they were there just to visit. The one person i could see clearly working was washing the windows. He noticed we were still sitting here waiting and went to find out what was holding it up. They made no apology, but put 2 apple pies on the tray."
