"Mr. Joe was very professional, came out on time and provided very good customer service. Recommend him highly and will use him again if needed. Thank you Mr Joe for a job well done!"
"We called Maytag for a brand new dryer and they had these people call us they are very rude and disrespectful. The owner the lady who answers the phone told me she could care less about helping my elderly parents with a brand new dryer."
"As per my extended warranty company and the manufacturer as well as a rep from Joe’s Appliance, this company was supposed to come and repair my less-than-two-year-old dryer today (6/17/2022). Not only did anyone from Joe’s not come to my home today, they never toldme (or the warranty company or the manufacturer) that they are closed on Fridays. I only found out after I tried to call Joe’s to find out what was going on and heard on their voicemail that they were closed. I checked Google and found it is standard policy for the business to be closed on Fridays, whereas the Joe’s rep had told me they service my area on Fridays and said they would be here. Why schedule or agree to an appointment on a day when you will be closed? I immediately notified my warranty company, who in turn notified the manufacturer. The work order with Joe’s Appliance is being canceled and transferred to another company. The issue with my dryer could have and should have been easily resolved. Instead, my family and I are enduring continued hardship and difficulties as a result of Joe’s Appliance’s failure to fulfill their contractual obligation. If they did not want my, the warranty company’s, or the manufacturer’s business, Joe’s should never have accepted the assignment in the first place. I cannot nor will I recommend this business to anyone."
"We have an extended warranty through Maytag and unfortunately this is one of the "businesses" they use for their warranty service. My wife spoke to someone there who was rude, tried to say we didn't have the extended warranty, continued to interrupt her when she tried to say of course we did, that is how we were put into contact with them. Even though our washer was spraying water out of the top of the lid while it was closed and running, the person she spoke with told her that they don't come out "for nothing". I would say don't even waste your time calling this so called business and if you have a warranty claim to make, choose one of the other options. We will be calling Maytag to let them know what happened as well. (In response to the company's response) Excuse me, but "Mr Strong" didn't give my wife an opertunity to provide anything. He was short, impolite and unprofessional. The only reason we unfortunately chose your "business" is because when you log into the maytag website and choose your policy, your given 2 options for this area that is covered under our WARRANTY that WE HAVE. Unfortunately we chose the wrong one of the two. If we didn't have warranty it would be stupid to try to pretend we did KNOWING we would have to prove it. The fact that you are accusing us of lying about something your "Mr Strong" gave us no opertunity to prove is disrespectful and truly shows how you operate. Let's pretend that we don't have a warranty....he made no effort to even offer to send someone out and tell us how much it would be to diagnose the problem. On top of that, there are plenty of shops locally we could have contacted if we didn't have warranty. Again, that's the only reason we contacted you... your 1 of the 2 options. We simply chose wrong."
