"Ordered a double espresso with a splash of half and half- received a literal cup full of half and half. Also safety issue- the water in the bathroom was dangerously steaming hot and burned me when I was washing my hands. Please check the temp on the water heater- if a child had gone to the restroom and washed their hands alone they could have been seriously burned."

"2 bad experiences in a row. 1st experience I made a mobile order and when I got there they couldn’t find my order. Then after they found my order they gave me my drink with chocolate all over the outside of the cup. My second experience I ordered the same drink I always get from any coffee shop. Vanilla with caramel and white chocolate. Whipped topping with mocha and caramel drizzle made with almond milk. This time my drink was bitter and had no flavor and also no drizzle and both times the straws they gave me cracked open like they’re old and dry rotted or something. I do not recommend the Starbucks in Jennings. Lake Charles is 10 times better."
