"I ordered 2 steak burritos and a double beef burrito with no sour cream. When we got home to eat them, my 2 steak burritos were beef, and my double beef had a lot of sour cream on it. Taco bell you're paying to much for workers who can't even read the screen right or pack the food. What a shame"
"1.Customer service need to be more patient/understanding.Maybe I just happen to come in your business establishment at the wrong moment. 2. Prices are consistent with other similar type fast food restaurants offering same or similar type food products. 3. The restraunt/bathroom was very clean & smelling fresh. 4. There weren't many ppl ordering/dining when I was there, but the atmosphere was quite/peaceful while I had my lunch. 5. Although I've given your business establishment a 4+ rating/review, I'd still recommend Taco Bell (Jennings, La.) to family, friends, or the general public."
"I have never been to a fast food restraunt with such terrible and rude employees. I had been to this location before and the first time I had to make a full circle around the building because no one would speak to you at the speaker. Today, they also took awhile to speak and once I finally ordered my food (I have ordered the same exact thing the same way for about 10 years) the lady very rudely asked so you want the combo meal? And when I said yes, she again very rudely said, “Well you ain’t say it like that”. I was appalled by the rudeness that I drove away, as this has NEVER happened to me in my life. Manager needs to seriously reevaluate who’s working there."
"I actually cannot believe what just happened. We pulled up to the drive thru. The child who answered us sounded like she was just woken up from us pullin in. My husband tells her just one min and she said okay. He said “okay I’m ready” just to make sure she was ready. She responded with “okay and I’m listening…” (like a child responding to their parents in some disrespectful way) we ordered and of course they were out of something and we just drove away. Having being a manger in hospitality, this person needs to find a new job."
