"Chicken fries are always just a dried shell. No chicken inside and they hard as rocks. Also a roach flew in our window at the drivethru. I almost had a heart attack. I'm deathly afraid. Their machine is always broken for a chocolate shake."
"Worst consistent service I’ve ever received. Makes you repeat your order several times. Gets it wrong on the screen and makes you wait 20mins while you are the ONLY customer there and still brings out the WRONG FOOD!!! Not to mention they bring out cold stale food."

"Stopped in early 9/1/23 between 4:30am and 5am to get breakfast. Went to the window, paid and cashier asked us to pull into parking lot around because she had to cook more hash browns. We each had a medium hash brown and both of our hash browns had fresh ones on top and half the container of hash browns were so old they were hard and completely cold. We were expecting fresh hash browns, that’s what we should have gotten. The cold ones we did get should have been thrown away they were so old. Couldn’t go back because we were already on the interstate."
"Had to be the worst meal I've eaten in years. I remember now why I stopped eating there. Nothing has changed in all those years. I can't really complain about the service because if I worked at a place that served food as gross as they do, I wouldn't be a happy person either. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Fast food doesn't have to be this bad. I eat at other fast food places and have never been this disappointed to the point of leaving a bad review as this. Done for good with burger king."
