"Went to the left drive-thru lane, the lady that supposed to take our order said to wait for a sec, but we were still waiting to be answered ,the right side Drive-thru lane has 4 different cars’s order taken. And we ended up left because it was wasting time with such horrible customer service."
"There was a small cup inside my large cup.. they blamed it on a conveyer belt .. but yet they put the lid on .. so they just didn't check .. they got my order wrong .. or simply gave the wrong food. They do not double check orders to make sure they are right ... terrible experience.."
