Domino's Pizza

"I called in an order for large pizza with all meat toppings but chicken & salami."

"Called after 2 hours of waiting for my food to be delivered and was rudely spoken to by the manager claiming it couldn’t be delivered and once again rudely saying I had to go pick it up."

"Last time I went I was held hostage in the drive thru waiting to even be recognized as even being there for a good 10 minutes. A line of several cars formed behind me before anyone came to the window to greet me finally. I had quit going here for a long time because of an issue I had back in 2022 or some like that with someone working there who refused to sale me parmsean cheese. I just felt as if the entire thing was so stupid that this business was literally refusing to make a sale to me for no reason at all when I asked why I was given the answer "I can't." I didn't even know what that meant at the time. I just finally started going back after eating it on vacation and enjoying it. Most of the time this place is rocking and rolling and there aren't any issues with the service but then other times I go and I have to deal with the people who are under trained maybe or I come when they are short staffed? Idk, the food is always pretty good, except for the cold pizza I had last time, I drove the block home and the pizza had to be re heated to be enjoyed I guess because I had been left to sit in the drive thru so long. Eat here at your own risk I suppose. I only eat here maybe 12 -18 times per year, if that, so I maybe don't come here often enough to get consistent good service...Like I said though the food is usually pretty great!"

"Normally not my favorite pizza place in town, tried it today and was very impressed the jalapeño cheese and pineapple chicken was sooo good and the pizza was done to perfection!"

"I ordered 1 pizza at 7:55 PM. I sat in line for 30 min before getting to the window after my pizza was marked “mmm it’s all yours” Once at the window, I waited another 15 minutes without being greeted by one employee to see what my order was. Yes, I did back over the service line to get someone’s attention which was out of my character. But even then, I was greeted by someone holding up the pointer finger and mouthing through the glass “hold on”. To which I replied loudly “I have been holding on for almost an hour in this line. This is ridiculous” And after waiting another 5 min I was finally asked what my order was and then given my 1 pizza that was now cold at around 8:55. My 4 year old was not pleased with her cold pizza. I have ordered from this location one other time with a similar experience and will now never order from this location again."
