Whataburger

"Drove through after a long day of driving. My husband is from Texas and always raves about Whataburger, so we decided on it. Service was quick and friendly. Our order was correct. I thought the price was outrageously high! Turns out my #4 jalapenos burger was mostly salad with a paper-thin burger patty and 2 jalapenos I had to search for. Our large fries were hot, but only half full. Major letdown...... Not worth the price tag."

"I have not been in Texas or to a Whataburger in about 5 years. I HAVE BEEN MISSING OUT! I forgot just how good the food is here. I was also very surprised at how polite and helpful all the staff is here! I couldn't decide between a spicy chicken or a sweet and spicy burger. The lady behind the counter did not steer me wrong! Everything was amazing! She even remembered my name and came to the table and checked on me by name. Excellent service."

"For starters: Look at the receipt. Paid .85 cents for four jalapenos slices. Then the paper thin patty burger cost the same as 3lbs of lean ground chuck at SAMS, and a LG fries that was only 7 fries more than my friends MED fries? I asked the employees if they paid enough working there, eye rolls. So, this is corp pig greed at it's finest. Some yuppie who never worked before owns it is my opinion. We work hard for our pay, I felt robbed. The meat looks like 100% ground up cartilage and blood, with a little actual Beef? Sonic is the worst because you can tell it is cooked blood and pieces of whatever in it, look close at what your eating folks. To make things even worse, some of the meat is made from rabbit, which is evidenced by the fact that if you don't dine in, the lettuce is gone when you get home from your burger, so go figure?"

"Whataburger in Jasper Texas is a good place to get a burger. The staff working today were very polite and helpful. Tried the chili cheese fries for the first time. They were pretty good. I would order them again."
