"Atmosphere absolutely sucked. The workers were rude .. my friends big Mac was still cold in the middle and another fiends order was completely messed up.. they didn't put cream in my coffee (French vanilla ) and the worker was screaming at people. Some other worker wanted to argue with a customer in front of kids. Won't be back at this location"
"Waited 15+ minutes for a 10 piece nuggets meal. I asked a worker if she could check on my order and she was rude and snapped at me for asking. I feel horrible and don't want to be here now."
"Really McDonald’s do better. They put 6 and a half fries in my sons happy meal, that is not a full serving of kids fries. Pathetic. Also they did not put straws and his drink was supposed to be a small kids drink not a medium as pictured. They also put ice when I said not too. They knew this is a meal for a toddler being that there was a request for a toy for a two year old. What two year old drinks a medium drink with ice?. Ridiculous. This McDonald’s has to be the absolute worse. I’ve lived in major cities in the US and they never messed it up, but yet I move here to Jasper Tx and this McDonald’s is by far the worst. You have no excuses to be lazy, if you don’t want to make an order correctly then quit so someone who wants to work and do that easy job correctly can. Disgraceful. Dinner rush is no excuse."
"Terrible service for 2 coffees. Your manager today sucks 4 Mike colonel macchiato. It was cold. We had to ask where our coffee's were. We waited so long. All the manager did was stick it in the microwave instead of making it fresh. Too hot to drink won't come here again"
"The struggle is real at this location. Counting nuggets and filling fries properly. We went inside because we wanted to eat the food while it was hot. Unfortunately even if you wait over 20 minutes for your food it will still be lukewarm. They employees are rude. I imagine they are so rude because they have no true leadership. They need a manager who keeps their ship sailing. McDonald's please do better . We live locally and always try to avoid this location. My girls were craving it and we regretted it immediately. Counting nuggets isn't hard. Please put up a sign for the employees on how to fill Fry's. I beg you revamp your leadership team. The Kades Corporation is on the door. Please visit unannounced and see the errors that need improvement. With true leadership this location will profit more ."
