"Made an online order and took 25min to bring me my incomplete order. I asked for honey mustard and I was questioned why I need it. The lady had so much attitude when i pointed out I was missing my drink. And then again when I asked for a large cup as that is what I paid for. Not coming here again."
"Went through the drive in window to place our order. The employee taking our order was very courteous and friendly and got our order right! We really enjoyed our meal and we'll be back sometime when we're in Jasper again!"
"Pulled up at a crisp 10:20 got some excellent service, Ms kasey took my order and then made my order! Took a little longer but well worth the wait. And of course my food was fresh! She was amazing too, very polite and helpful!"
"BK could be depended upon for a good fish sandwich until now. This fish sandwich was cold and bun was hard as a rock. Made at least half an hour or so and kept cool for us, I guess. The double cheese was ok. The counter help was awesome but over-committed and took at least 5’ to serve the next in line but he was hustling the whole time — bad management and bad kitchen at this BK. Avoid it."
