"Every single time that I order online, they refuse to begin cooking the pizza until I arrive to the site and put in the code for my order. Meanwhile, the app gives updates for when the pizza begins cooking, is cooked, cut, and ready for pickup. The times in the app do not reflect whats going on inside the restaurant. Not only that, the people inside act like you are draining their soul just by being there. They wouldnt know the definition of customer service if it ran them over."
