"When ordering on the app, be CAUTIOUS of accidentally ordering at this location. Hardly ANYONE on staff will answer the phones, making it impossible to cancel your order (and no, there's no way to cancel through the app at the moment of writing this.) The food here is actually decent, but the customer service is hit or miss."

"Absolutely horrible i wouldnt even give this to my dog! I would not give it even 1 star. I tried calling manager to get a refund bc all of our food was old and the grease they use hadnt been changed. Ive workes in the food service industry for years and you guys need all new employees bc ive been 4 times since i came to visit my mom from florida and everytime it was garbage! My sonic back home in Florida put yall to.shame! You should be ashamed serving old burgers to customers. Ill be contacting coorprate.since i was hung up on by the managr. Peaches was the name on my receipt thats served the food to me. She was very nice so i wd give 4 stars for her. 0 stars overall.for the food. And i never leave bad reviews im not that person but this needs to be fixed asap!"

"First, the customer service was good. She's very patient and kind. But the food is not acceptable. The hotdog doesn't look like hotdog and it's bitter. Glad i didn't give it to my kids."

"The staff and food were fine but they have a serious equipment issues. The order taker had to come outside because she couldn't hear me even though I was basically yelling into the machine. She didn't bring a notepad so she had to keep asking me through the machine when she went back in and of course couldn't hear me. The vehicle next to me was having the same issue."
