"The staff here are always rude...the cashier waited on my boyfriend then walked around for nearly 10 minutes before she came and waited on my nephew who was behind me then she again waited about 5 minutes then waited on me I ordered 5 jr frostys with my boo bucks and she handed them to me I asked for a bag she ignored me. My nephew had to ask her for a bag by the time we got out of there. My boyfriend has eaten without me and our jr frostys were melted. I also bought a frosty key and she didn't tell me the dates on that either till I tried to use it right before we were leaving. Also informed me that the key is only good when I make a purchase I wouldn't have bought it if id known that. But with that being said I will order a jr frosty for 1.30 with tax for 364 days and make sure this Wendy's sees me the most!!!! They're gonna know me real good real soon!"

"If you order a full size apple pecan salad you have to ASK for 2 dressing and 2 pecans. Then you must check bag at window they will lie and tell you they put in 2 pecans. I check now before I leave the window. If you ask for coffee later in day they won't make any."
