"Not only did they take 30 minutes to get our MOBILE ORDER out but also sooo rude & careless! They have a sign on the wall inside saying multiple things they are expected to do and say. I literally LAUGHED after reading it because that’s nowhere NEAR what we have gotten any and every time we’ve been in here. We made our mobile order as my fiancé and I left our jobs (about 5-6 min away from this Wendy’s) & don’t get our food until 36 minutes after standing up there getting ignored and the order was still not ready. We’ve been cussed at before for asking for a straw. I believe they need to terminate all of these people & start over. These people don’t care & they’re very disrespectful. Be better Wendys!"

"Very friendly workers. If there is a mistake, they are quick to rectify the situation. The food is pretty good for fast food. You get your food fairly quickly"

"Whoever is running this store should be extremely proud! I went in at rush hour - line wrapped around building and people flooding the lobby. The team at this location worked together like nothing I had ever seen and were so kind and welcoming, even with the busy atmosphere. They are like this even when it's not busy, but I was super impressed with their teamwork and attitude during a rush. Food is ALWAYS fresh and that lobby is CLEAN any time of day - but it's the people that can make or break the experience and you have got some wonderful employees! This location will always have my business!"

"It was a clear oversight that my burger was underdone, nothing the microwave couldnt fix, but the service was fast and friendly. Mistakes happen. When everything else is so well done its easy to forgive a mistake. I'll be back for sure."
