"When I pulled up all the employees were in the parking lot BIG CHILLIN! I thought they were closed bc nobody was working. I ordered 6 crunchy taco supreme light lettuce and 2 orders of the Cinnabon delights. Pull up get my food. Pulled around the building and reached in my bag and found 2 bags of cinnamon twists. Rechecked my receipt and went back thru the drive thru. Told them what happened and proceeded to the next window. Nobody is at the window bc the went back outside and the ones who didn't they weren't even concerned about me at the window. They finally gave me the 2 missing items but when I got home all my tacos were wrong. None of them were supreme just meat and cheese some had lettuce others didn't but none had sour cream"

"This Taco Bell does not care about the customer whatsoever. This is the worst location in town. Missing some items in my to-go order and there’s never any recourse for making things right. There’s no accountability. No help in-store and no help through the app so I’m leaving feedback here and maybe someone will see it. Update: Yet another 1-star experience. Ordered through the app and sat through the drive thru for 15 minutes, just to be told that “systems are down” and they are not receiving orders. Even though I had already placed and paid for my order?? Asked how to cancel the mobile order and received no help. Had to submit a ticket for a chance to have my order refunded since I received no help from the employees at the store. Never got any resolution with my previous issues so I am not expecting much."

"This location in particular stands out. I stop there most times when I have to go to Shreveport. Typical dialog ith my wife would include: "Let's stop at that good Taco Bell while we're in town..." And there we go. The service is ridiculously fast and the accuracy and quality is top-notch. If you're a fan of Taco Bell...I-49 and King's Highway, one block east, north side of the road and you're set!"

"I like their food eat here once or twice a week I don't know why they can't get orders right out of the last 10 orders they only got 1 right I get the same thing every time and every time it's made different the outside is the only consistent thing on it ."

"Went here around 2 a.m. one night and was given Baja Blast with no ice. Cheesy Gordita Crunch had little to no meat."
