I have needed help numerous times during the busy holiday season and never once was I made to feel like my request was too much. At one point multiple staff members were searching for a small nutcracker ornate for me and every staff member was cheerful and truly concerned when we could not locate it.The coffee and food is always on point and hits the spot for a friend meet up, a meeting, or a quick lunch break. I enjoy the children’s books reading with my grandchildren & their late night releases. I love the smell of fresh printed books, so they really had me from “Hello”."
