"I went to switch out a tool box on 03/15 in Marshall, TX. The manager at the store used a fork lift to load the new tool box into my new trailer. He set the forks down on the ramp and poked to large holes in it. An incident report was filed. To this date nobody from Harbor Freight has contacted me about this. The store manager told me the day that it happened that I would hear from the corporate office, not the local store. I called multiple times and was told the same thing. When you call the corporate office you can not speak to a person, you have to leave a message. I have left several messages. Still no contact."
