I initially went to Ashley and although I’m told they are affiliated, the experience there was entirely disappointing. They did not update me whatsoever on my order, and when I followed up they told me that I had to wait 4 months! Ivan Smith checked right away if all the bed set furniture was in stock, and I had it in my delivered and installed in room within 4 days! So incredibly pleased with their service. Everything was done with such care and customer service through out the process was top notch. It was a great shopping experience overall, highly recommend them!"
