"Waited in line for drive thru and when I got to the speaker, I could not understand the mumbling from the person. He was SO rude that even after completing my order, I ended up telling him to cancel the order due to his attitude to which he replied “LOL.” Not sure why, but I hope he has a better day and maybe that will improve his attitude."
