"All those negative reviews! I must be blessed because I walked in, ordered a baconator combo and minutes later had a really good burger, hot fries and a sugar free seagrams ginger ale. I even commented to the girls behind the counter how nice it is to have such a huge selection in the drink machine. Maybe the sunday crew is just better but they laughed and before they were done smiling my order was up! Place was really clean and just a good experence all round."

"I always give a few tries to a place before giving a bad review because I understand that mistakes can happen. 3 times I've been here and they get my order wrong which is insane considering I place my own order in a kiosk. The staff is arguing amongst each other while people not in uniform are going behind the counter and ordering themselves food. Every single aspect of my experience here has been bad. Staff doesn't care and is rude, food is not only what I didn't order but is also mediocre. Fries aren't warm, soda machines look dirty, my sandwich didn't have cheese after I ordered double. There is no excuse for a location to be this bad in all these areas. I sincerely hope that if this store doesn't wipe the staff and management and start new that it gets replaced by a different store other than Wendy's. Yes, it really is that bad. WORTH ZERO STARS!"

"While traveling on Hwy 79 south I made a stop at Loves in Carthage Texas. Today, was the first time I ate at their Wendy's. Everything was excellent"
