"You cannot go wrong with this location. The staff is very pleasant and they have no problem replacing or fixing their screw-up which has only happened to me once. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of."

"If I could give a zero stars I would. My kids door dashed them food for lunch. When it arrives they’re about to eat and pulls the fries out the bag and there’s literally hair in them. I called for the manager to tell me it’s impossible that he’s worked fry station and he’s bald. Most these fast food places need better management."

"My husband and I pulled up to the speaker and waited quite a while before we were even acknowledged for being there. Once we gave her our order, we sat and waited for her to give us the total and tell us to drive forward. She never did either one. Once we pulled up to the window, we then understood why. The employees were standing around, playing on their phones, and no one cared to approach the window. We waited so long, we almost pulled off. Just when we were about to go, a young lady opened the window and told us the total amount for our order. Customer service at this particular store is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I visited another time before this visit, and nobody knew how to take the discount off the app!! I ordered a small chili that was so overfilled, when the worker put the lid on it, chili flew all over the place. She then took a napkin and wiped off the sides and placed it in the bag!!"

"If you're handicapped, this may not be the place for you. They have moved their handicap parking to the rear of the building. The closest parking spaces to the entrance are now curbside pick up parking. The food was fine. Service. The person taking our orders seemed to have difficulty understanding what we wanted to order. Employees fussing amongst themselves. Not good at any time, but especially now days. Customers don't want to hear the employees fussing. You don't know if someone is going to pull a weapon. It makes for an uneasy feeling. Not an enjoyable experience."
