"Groomer did excellent work! However I was charged an extra $10. I asked about this and was told if they had to do extra work, that is why. However, the groomer said he wasn't matted. So they then said it was for a Teddy Bear hair cut. I didn't even know that was what he gets, as I always say just do what was done last time. If you are going to charge for something extra, you should let the customer know ahead of time. I further question this and was met with silence. I finally just put my card in and paid for it as my dog was getting more anxious as we stood there. Next thing out of that's person's mouth was "do you want to leave a tip?" Really!!! Absolutely ridiculous."

"They refused my service during my second visit. I'm told that my dog at the very least should be able to stand up. My pug is 14.5 years old and has a weak lower abdomen. In 2017 she was diagnosed with cancer in the lower area but if she did she would've been dead. They will not help trim her nail because she cannot stand up. I left without causing a fuss, but very disappointed on the reason. On second thought, they said they killed a dog that couldn't stand up in the prior week and didn't want to have the experience again. I'm disappointed and not sure what to make of this refusal."

"I am extremely impressed with Babu’s grooming experience. He’s a beautiful Jack Russell with unique hair and we love teddy face. It’s been a hit or miss with other groomers. I forgot to catch the name of the person who helped us but they delivered quite fantastically. It’s exceeded my expectations! I’d highly recommend this store for dog grooming."

"SIERRA!!!! ❤️ My puppy Toby (5 months old) takes regular bath at home and has been to a professional mobile grooming once. We’ve never taken him to Petco Grooming. I know some people had negative experiences with Petco Grooming so to be honest, I was nervous to take Toby there. After consideration, I decided to give it a try and it said that the time slot I wanted, Toby would be styled by Sierra B. The store was extremely busy the day we took Toby. However, Sierra took time to greet us and talked to us about the style we wanted. We didn’t want full grooming so she even let us know that there is a different trim option instead of full package - thanks! When I picked up Toby, I was super happy with the result. Honestly, it looked way better than the $170 haircut/bath he got in the past and this time it costed less than $40 without tip. Toby was energetic and happy when he got home which means he didn’t have any traumatic experience at Petco. From now on, I know where to go for Toby’s bath and haircut! ❤️ Huge shout-out to Sierra!!"
