"My old lady loves this place and the groomers here. They know their doggy clients and make sure that they schedule her at the same time as other elderly chill dogs so she can hang out and gossip with friends. I always appreciate that they take the time to check her general condition and let me know of any weirdnesses - arthritis, skin irritations. And she always comes out looking and smelling great. Scheduling is easy and I like that they send reminders and communicate via text."

"I totally agree with the review about the man at the front desk.. My Shadow and I stopped by yesterday to inquire about getting his nails trimmed. We were welcomed in and began the introductions to the other dogs. My Shadow is totally deaf, and on his harness are big patches that say "deaf please don't startle." I asked if they would like me to get him on the table with hand commands. The man grabbed Shadow from behind to pick him up, startled him and then wiggled free. We were then told that they could not do his nails cause he was to traumatized and scared. Totally unprofessional in my book."

"We have been coming here for years. The previous owner was fantastic! We love the groomers here. But the new owner as of 2020/2021 runs this business horribly. One of the groomers recently gave notice and they told us we can no longer bring our dog in because the groomer is leaving for school. This makes zero sense, they have multiple groomers that work there and the person who groomed our dog today was not even his usual groomer and did a fine job. We have encountered attitude with this man before (the guy who sits at the front desk) and our friends who used to take their dog there stopped going at their first interaction with him. This is such a bummer. I wish the old owners were still here, they would never treat long time clients this way. The groomers always say our dog is so good and we always tip 20%. Horrible business owner."

"Been taking my one year old corgi to Rosie and Bows since she was a couple months old. I’ve been to multiple groomers in Thurston county and Rosie and Bows is the absolute best!! They spend all the time they need during her every few months deep fur removal appts where she no longer sheds for a long time after & she smells amazing forever afterwards. She’s extremely soft too. They also do not keep any dogs in crates, they all play with each other. My fur baby has had a lot of fun here. Highly recommend this small, local, cute and amazing groomers"
