"Negative first time experience with the owner. I shouldn't have to pay a "no call no show" fee when their voicemail box was full for over a week straight. I called the business months in advance to cancel everyday for a week and can acquire the phone records to prove it. It is at no fault to the potential customer when the business fails to upkeep it's practice. It is ridiculous to be charged for an unvalidated incident that occurred 7 months ago. With all the hype the reviews gave about the place, for double the price I might add, I expected a more Professional service and exquisit cut/smell. Needless to say I'm disappointed and refuse to return. I feel disrespected. I wasn't a client then and this action encourages to not be one, much less recommend."

"Asked ahead of time about the price of the service, but when I picked up my dog i was charged $15 higher than was quoted. I waa told I was charged for a service whether my dog needed it or not. I was unhappy with the grooming. . The cut around his face was not short enough and also the body was left too long. Another grromer a few blocks down does it for almost half of what they charge. Wish I knew that before. I will not be going back."

"My dog only got a nail grind today but I felt compelled to write a review negate she ashtrays hates it so much it takes 2 people to get out done. Today Carherine had my dog so at ease that she was able to do it herself while my dog barely wiggled around at all. It was done quickly and nicely. If go back for sure."
