"We booked a room and their server said there was an error so our booking failed, and so we booked a hotel elsewhere online. Low and behold it went through after 30 min.. when we tried to refund our money and cancel the booking they refused us $250 american. We will ensure to tell everyone what a rip off they are. Note to others. Do not cancel because of their server error .. you will be at a loss."

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here over the last several years. The rooms are nice but starting to show some age in the carpets. Front desk staff is nice. Nothing that has ever blown me away with a big "WOW", but good enough to keep coming back."

"My stay at Wyndham Birch Bay Resort was quite enjoyable. Despite being an older property, they've put in a noticeable effort to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the views from the resort were breathtaking. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff – they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. While it may not be the most modern place, it's a great option for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I'd give it a solid 4 stars."
