"I just left this place with my 2 dogs. Not only were both my dogs nails not filed down and full of sharp edges, the lady there made BOTH of my dogs bleed. Her price was outrageous. I am incredibly dissatisfied to say the least. Now that i am home i am having to file their nails down myself. The whole point of taking them to get their nails done was to NOT have to do it myself, and a whole $30 later i am still doing it. What a waste of our time and money! One of my dogs is now traumatized and will not come out of her kennel. She muzzled both of my dogs, neither of which are aggressive. I have never had such a negative experience with a groomer and at this point, you couldnt pay me to take my dogs back to this lady. If i could give zero stars, i would. For the sake of your animals, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO BLUE RIBBON GROOMING!!!!"
