Reviews
"Nice park. Can get crowded when the weather is nice. There is overflow parking across highway, but be careful. Traffic doesn't always follow the 25 mph speed limit. Park has dedicated swim area but lake access for kayaks or paddle boards is a little awkward. I usually park at the boat launch if I am paddle boarding, but a discovery pass is required to do so."
"Wonderful, family friendly park to visit, and during summer it is a great place to swim!"
"Great swimming (life jackets available) , BBQ plus picnic areas, playground and fields! Minus one star because the high water pressure in the shower stings as you rinse off after swimming (required to prevent swimmers itch)."
"Went paddleboarding in the afternoon. Long walk with equipment from car to lake. Somewhat busy at the very small public beach, but heaven once I was out on the lake. Love paddling here because there are no motorized craft on this lake."
"Bathrooms, picnic benches, swimming area, playgrounds, loaner life vests. Busy in the summer and on weekends but quiet on a September Monday. Wheelchair parking and a bit of paved walkway."
