Reviews of Rolling Hills Golf Course
"Love coming here with the family to get a few buckets of balls for the putting green and have some bloody maries! The food at Putters is great."
"Wow your photos are very poor . half eaten sandwich really ?! . corvettes in the parking lot really ! more than one pic ! who cares ! and other meaningless photos . how about fairways greens views pretty girls . I looked because I like to play new courses . You showed me no reason to visit !"
"I’ve been playing here for so long so i’ve seen the ups and downs of this place. It’s obvious it doesn’t beat out the other local courses such as Gold Mountain. The Staff: Really friendly and i almost know everyone’s first name there inside the pro shop. They offer great tips to beginners as well as people who’ve been playing for quite awhile. Overall really awesome people. The Range: A really good range for the area it’s in. I feel like the range has gotten busier ever since the one off 303 closed down but hey, more business for them. Love the setup is as it’s fit for all types of seasons such as our rainy days here and our rare sunny days due to half of it being covered with a roof and the other half without a roof. They also have a practice bunker which is really neat. Overall a great range for the city of Bremerton. The Course: The reason this review is only three stars. The opening holes are great for both the front and back, but it’s really hard to find your ball when there’s a landmine of range balls all over the first hole on both front and back, so it’s definitely frustrating. It’s somehow wet all the time i play even on a sunny day, and my guess is the drainage system. LOTS of ground under repair throughout the whole course which has been an issue ever since i started playing here. Lastly i’d like to talk about the greens, it’s almost like putting on carpet most of the time which is a bad thing, but as of 9/22/23, the greens have actually been pretty decent. OVERALL: This is a decent course for the area it’s in and i really do believe rolling hills has a great future upon themselves if they do it right. I honestly wouldn’t blame them if they close the place down for a bit so they can give some of the ground under repair sometime to grow. Great Staff & A decent course."
"An okay municipal golf course with a covered and open driving range. A good selection of food and nice bar. Clubhouse does not have a decent locker room."
"Didn’t expect much from reading the review by Sonny Garcia but boy was I surprised. We had a totally opposite experience! Course had some brown spots on the fairways here and there but the majority was very green. Some good challenging doglegs. Greens rolled nicely. Guys in the clubhouse were extremely friendly and nice. Nice driving range. Can’t beat the price for an enjoyable round of golf."
