"It's something you don't see every day."
"Cute little roadside attraction. It's an old wheel that used to be used for electricity and is now just for show. Years ago it was moved closer tk the road so people can enjoy seeing it. It's beautiful and covered in moss. Pretty flowers and birds around the area as well. It's a worthy quick stop if you are in the area."
