"Other than one employee who treats guests as if they are patients of a memory care unit or that of a pre school. The rest of the staff are very professional including the manager of the property. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is normal basic continental but all items packed and fresh, Coffee was fresh and delicious. If expecting more there are plenty of nearby restaurants as well each unit has a micro kitchen with a stove fridge and microwave. The office has cooking utincles and cookware along with plates and silverware. Grocery stores are within 5 min drive. Also the mall is nearby for other shopping convenience. I highly recommend this place for next extended stay needs."

"This is a hidden GEM!! The property is on top of a hill with great views and the area is very quiet and decent. The room was clean, everything worked, great kitchenette that includes dishes and pots/pans. The bed was very comfortable, queen size w/ 4 pillows! Jaypee, Kelle, Debbie and all the staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel welcomed!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, the entry process to the lobby was confusing due to the locked door and reliance on a key card. A fellow guest seemed to offer assistance but provided no communication, leaving me uncomfortable. Upon entering the room i rented, I was disappointed by its condition. The sink area had a leak, the bathroom displayed haphazard paintwork, and there was noticeable rust on the tub. These issues significantly detracted from the overall comfort and cleanliness expected in a hotel. Furthermore, the staff’s response to my situation was less than welcoming. When I rang the bell for assistance, the receptionist was rude, implying that my actions were abnormal. A more courteous and helpful approach would have been appreciated. Overall, my stay fell short of expectations in terms of both accommodation quality and customer service. I hope this feedback aids in addressing these issues for future guests and improvements in the hotel’s overall experience. Whatever staff member worked November 9th, 2023 at 6pm on needs to be reprimanded."
