Home2 Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport

"Had to change rooms as the blinds were broken, bright light outside meant hard to sleep. New room was nice, mostly clean, found a few pubys on the bath countertop. Breakfast was less than desirable. Rubbery breakfast sando, watery gravey, ran out of coffee, plates, utensils, syrup, creamer...it was a mess. Garbage full, tiny little hole to put your garbage through? Had to get the staffs attention the night we came in, they were doing something at the back desk, stood there a while. Kinda looked surprised the customer is interacting with them. Wake up people! I would look elsewhere for a room next time, not sure what we paid for other than a bed & shower. I hate leaving negative reviews, but feel I need to when I see so much room for improvement.?.?"

"Indoor pool, airport shuttle, clean laundry room, decent breakfast, and gym (with a Pelaton bike). What more can you ask for? Well, I would like a sofa bed in my 2 queen bedroom, but the kitchenette with full fridge and extra storage cabinets and large shelves kind of makes up for anything that's lacking. I really like Home2 Suites when I travel for work. It is a pretty decent home away from home and the staff here is particularly nice and accommodating. BTW, most housekeeping sucks these days, but the carts are out daily, and I'm able to get any supplies I need. They also service the rooms at least twice per week on a schedule."

"We spent 10 nights and felt at home. It is adjacent to a large mall and highway was easily accessible. We just discovered Home 2 Suites and favor them after staying at an outdated Hampton Inn and "living in the past" Embassy Suites. This property was unique due to the staff. The front desk clerks (Nicole & Mika) in the morning were always cheerful. One was especially positive. Nefu, Kyle and Milo were also very helpful. The breakfast was okay and at times the attendant got overwhelmed. The young African-American woman worked hard and had a great attitude. IHOP and nearby Bakery restaurant offer more expansive options. Another great feature was the free laundry -- a perk I've never encountered after years of travel. Thank you! Parking was free and readily available. Wonderful property and a good value!!!"

"I wish I could leave a better review of this hotel. The room was clean, the pool was clean and warm, and breakfast was what you’d normally expect. Unfortunately the normal vehicle for the airport shuttle was unavailable so they were using a rented Chrysler Pacifica for a single trip at the top of each hour. The result was my family had to be taken to SEA at 1am for a 7:30am flight. I have a hard time agreeing that a single hourly trip to the airport for 6 people constitutes a 24 hour shuttle. The gentleman working the front desk also didn’t seem very empathetic about me having to take my kids to the airport on 5 hours of sleep. If you’re planning on relying on the airport shuttle, I would recommend staying somewhere else."

"The room was very large and everything was very clean. There was a sofa and a fridge and microwave. The location is very quiet and is yet very close to the Airport. I could not hear any sounds and had a very sound sleep. Drive to Seattle downtown is also just about 20 mins. The breakfast was also very good! I definitely recommend this place."
