"Not sure what happened, but when we picked up our dog she was soaked in urine as if she had been sitting in her own pee all day. I’m assuming they didn’t let her out to go pee and she peed herself which she never does….. or she was terrified of something….. Either way not happy about the condition my dog was in after only 2 days…"
