"Unethical. Went to get pawn out, a gun, had to wait for background check. Went to pick up the day after I was told I was approved and they had it in the sales case! Not to mention someone called to ask if they could make a payment on their pawn the next day because it's still snowy and icy out. Customer was told no. I've pawned a lot of items, at a lot of different pawn shops and have never been told they won't hold it for a few extra days! I can totally understand at some point you have to say no but damn, customer service!"

"After spending over $1100 through various purchases here I can confidently say I will not return. Last night I purchased 2 tvs one of which worked fine whilst the other had a broken screen. I thought it was odd how one of the workers commented on buying both but I had brushed it off. This is not the first time I have received broken equipment from the store as the first thing I ever purchased was an external memory drive that did not work as well. At the time they gave in store credit as reimbursement to which I thought “oh well I guess they’ll get more money that way.” Fast forward some purchases and now there is nothing they can do apparently."

"Overall it was a descent experience. I believe they were fair with the amount I received. Friendly and efficient. My only issue would be with the woman who is either the owner or manager. When inspecting the item I was there to sell she was pretty aggressive. I had the item in the original packaging and took a lot of care keeping it that way. She literally ripped the item out of the box and the tissue paper it was wrapped in. As long as I agreed to the deal it was fine. Luckily I did, otherwise it would have been pretty inconsiderate and it would not look as new as it did before she handled it. I would just suggest that in the future she handle customers items with more care."
