"The staff at this location are always upbeat and great to deal with. I wanted to leave this review because of Kelsei. We had been having a water quality issue that needed extra investigation to determine the root cause and Kelsei has been fantastic to get us on the right track. More then that she has gone above and beyond to help us out. Any business would be luck to have her. Give that girl a raise!"

"Customer service was horrible. Every-time I went into the store staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Testing my water etc. Spending over 14k on a hot tub I’d expect better customer service. The delivery was also delayed. No big deal stuff happens. The gentleman that sets up delivery called me and apologize for the delay. He told me to remind him when he calls back in one to two weeks to set a delivery date to compensate me for the delay. Nearly four weeks later I called in to see where the tub was. It was sitting in their warehouse and they didn’t bother to call me. When he finally called back to set a delivery date he acted like he couldn’t do anything for me and I was inconveniencing him for even mentioning that. Also missing some start up chemicals and was later charged for them. Would not buy another spa from them."

"If you need someone to really educate you on how to keep your water chemistry correct then go in and make sure you talk with Chris the store manager. He spent about 20 minutes educating me on spa chemistry. I am a fairly new spa owner so it’s been difficult to Keep the water balanced. I would not recommend buying your spa from the fair because then you never hear from the company. I know what I bought from the fair and now I know what Aqua Rec’s has to offer in their Bonney Lake show room and I definitely did NOT get a deal at the fair. They have several different brand of spas and then all the chemicals and of course the education you need to keep it nice. Talk to Chris the store manager."
