"I am not a customer of Across the Pond Pets, but I wanted to leave a compliment. I was shipping my dog on my own and at the cargo office saw a few Across the Pond employees. Of their own volition they checked my dog's crate and started zip typing some things that looked off. They even mentioned her water bottle didn't seem big enough and gave me two of their own, attached them, and filled them with ice (insider tricks). All of this without charge, just for the love of the dog. Oh, and while I'm balling and being so nervous they comfort me and tell me my dog will be just fine (and she was).
