"I would recommend this vet 100 times over. I have moved all over the country and been to way too many vets: this one by far is the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely kind (every single person I’ve talked to there), they are very thorough, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. They call me for everything which is just something I haven’t experienced in a very long time. They actually take the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns. They got me into the room really quickly (just a bonus because I know how easy it is to run behind). They recommended all the best things for my dogs, they are Fear Free certified and they absolutely showcase that by taking their time with my dogs and allowing them to stay in the room with me for the things they need to do like blood draws, nails, etc. My doctor has talked to me on the phone twice since I left to discuss issues that came up after my appointment. I could just go on and on about how great this has been. I’m so thankful that I found them, and the timing that I found them could not be more perfect as one of my dogs has suddenly had a pretty concerning issue come up and I feel very comfortable knowing I have been able to get ahold of them so easily and they have been sooo so helpful and caring. I’m just very happy."

"We just visited VCA Murray hill for the first time after moving a bit too far away from our old vet in West Linn. I called yesterday evening with a small problem and needed my pup to be seen. Sarah at the front desk was SO accommodating getting us into their last time slot. Literally cannot sing her praises enough. She was so nice, cheerful and her follow up was impeccable! I was very appreciative that she got us into the last spot available for the following day, especially as a new patient to this clinic. THANK YOU SARAH! You rock. Upon arrival, everyone was incredibly welcoming. Everyone from the front desk, the techs and even Dr. Zawadzki was truly amazing. They were so kind and thoughtful with everything they did. I worked really hard to train my pup to be well behaved at the vet and they did not skimp on the compliments for his good behavior. Very happy we found VCA Murray hill and I look forward to coming back for my dog’s care."
