"Terrible communication especially from the dark handed lady who has an unfriendly attitude. The blonde haired woman is nice and pleasant to deal with. They told me they don’t spot clean. They don’t particularly care to do much beyond the minimum anyway. I know there are other dry cleaners that actually want your business so I’d advise to go somewhere else. Especially for the price you pay. The delivery was the main reason I put up with their lackluster attitude towards me and dry cleaning in general. However, they changed their area to exclude me but didn’t tell me when I was in their store even though they looked me up when I was there and asked me three times if I had had pickup/delivery before. They knew they had changed it and they didn’t service my location anymore but didn’t say anything when I was in the store. On me for not picking up on what was going on. So I’m going to someone else."

"I have been going there for years, but it seems like they have gotten a LOT MORE Expensive recently! I went in yesterday to have some dress shirts ironed, and found out it was more expensive to iron them, than to have them laundered, starched and ironed. Over $28. to iron 8 clean shirts!"

"had my girlfriend pick up my dry cleaning before going on a trip. this was three pairs of pants and three shirts for nice dinners on vacation. when going to throw it in my suitcase i realized they did not give me a pair of $200 Boss slacks I've been able to wear a whole one time in the last year. the receipt was clear on how many items. double check your items if you choose to use them"

"ALERT...If you have something you really value .. Do not bring it here! I .brought a pashmina shawl for dry cleaning on a Tues and was told to pick it up Thurs. I came back on Fri and was told it was lost but to return on Mon. (What?) On Mon I was told they'd found it but it was being treated for a stain and would be ready on Thurs. On Thurs, I was told it was still being worked on so I asked when I could expect it and was told they had no idea. Odd, Right? I I then was told I needed to call the manager in AM. Manager's response. "Oh, .Didn't anyone call you? Your shawl disintegrated when we treated It". I get that things happen but this lack of service is unsupportable. Stringing me along? Lying? Not taking initiative to let me know what happened?? Believe it or not, about 6 yrs ago this cleaners ruined a blouse I brought in and in bringing in my shawl I thought I was giving them a second chance! What a mistake. I hope someone can benefit from my warning."
