"Called Nick to clean and repair the gutters around the house. He gave us a quote to clean all the gutters around the house. In the end he only repaired and cleaned the section of gutter that can be seen from upstairs and left the remaining gutters as is. I was home by myself with a toddler, so I did not go up onto the roof to double check before paying him full quoted price in cash. BTW, he did not give me a receipt. He said he will send via email after he gets home, he never send. Never replied my message about the receipt. He did not wear safety harnesses while on the roof."
